BURN IT UP TURN IT UP

Anonymous asked: Can you tell me how @play4justina on insta lost 50kg and how long it took her to lose that much? Sorry I don't understand Korean but she seems so inspiring

tinykorea:

  1. Drink 3-5 liters lot of warm water
  2. Never eat salty food
  3. Meals should be minimized
  4. If you think you ate too much then be more active
  5. For lunch always eat protein and vegetables
  6. Exercise at least for 10 min everyday
  7. Eat lots of yogurt
  8. Dessert maximum once a day
  9. Don’t eat food late in the day
  10. Always memo your meal and exercise plan on Sunday night

I just listed what she mentioned in this video (they said translations will come soon) that she linked on her ig. And not sure how long it took, but she said she was at her highest in 2014 at 99kg so probably two years as of now. Hope this helped :-)

Anonymous asked: Hiii :") I'm sure you've answered ton of these types of questions already but do you have any tips on healthy ways to lose weight e.g. Habits to adopt + any exercises to target legs and the waist? I feel like I always need to lose weight since Asians tend to have a lot of pressure to stay thin. I always lack the motivation to push forwards or continue dieting so I've been trying to look for healthier lifestyle changes. Also i love your blog! Thanks for taking time to answer this :")

tinykorea:

I can link you to some of my posts I’ve answered in the past!

All the rest of my weight loss related questions are in this tag. And I know how stressful it is when family and friends pressure you to lose weight but ignore what they want for you and focus on what you want for yourself! And I found the best way to be healthier but not restrict yourself to a diet (where you would just eventually gain all the weight back) is to just eat what you normally eat but in smaller portions. Eat more homemade meals, add more fruit and vegetables, and limit your junk food intake and these small habits will just become a normal lifestyle for you!

Let me know if you need any more help and thank you for being so kind :-)

soooo 8tracks doesn’t work in my country 🙄 could someone make these on spotify? i can’t even see what’s on them

@residentdemonhunter @hogwartsstudiess & for those who cant stream 8tracks cuz of the country, try downloading a vpn app (i personally use expressVPN) on ur device. if ur on a computer, download it on the expressvpn wesite

switch ur wifi on & then the vpn on. this doesn’t allow ur personal device details like location to be shared so hopefully it works!
